Lenora is the Executive Chef and a co-owner of Morrow's, and Monday’s, New Orleans' most exciting and innovative places to dine. The cosmopolitan menus reflect her Korean heritage and love of traditional Creole cuisine, but it's her years of entrepreneurial experience and passion for cooking that raises the bar of excellence. Believing that she can touch the heart and soul of her customers through the gift of food and hospitality, Lenora has cultivated an impressive following of locals and celebrities alike, making Morrow's the place to be in a city known for its warm welcome and unrivaled cuisine.

 

Lenora emigrated from Korea 34 years ago and settled in New Orleans, and began working for Hilton Hotel when she was 16. She opened her first restaurant in 1992, and honed her skills at seven other restaurants, which she opened throughout her career.

She owned another restaurant, Lenora’s Grill, at Joseph M. Bartholomew Municipal Golf Course, when she decided to open a restaurant on St. Claude. She runs the endeavor in a partnership with her son, Larry Morrow. She is also a mother to two beautiful daughters. - Rayne and Lenora.
